Orangutans are a orange-reddish brown. The sad part is, a century ago there were 230,000 Orangutans, now there is only 104,700 Orangutans in Borneo. In Sumatra there are only 7,500 Orangutans. this animal is really cool but, it’s species is endangered. Orangutans eat fruit just like most animals do. In case you didn’t know, Orangutan means “King of the forest”, which is in the Malay language. They eat over 500 plant species which is a lot. But, that’s all the facts I have about Orangutans.
